We create thriving group dynamics across teams so that organisations can

Ditch the drama and get Sh!t done

plans are rational,
people are not

Why group dynamics?

When we think systemically, connect authentically, and engage our people with their actual work*, leaders can work on the business, not in the business

*and enjoy doing it

How we help

  • Connect Your Teams is a storytelling-based program that helps established teams build authentic connection, stronger collaboration and shared understanding. Through a sequence of guided workshops, people uncover what drives them, learn how to communicate it clearly, and build deeper context for working well together.

Delivered online over several weeks or in person over one or two days, the program creates a repeatable ritual for connection that strengthens teams now and helps new people integrate faster as the team grows.

  • Make Work Better is a program for teams and leaders who want to create healthier, more effective ways of working. It offers a practical framework for understanding how groups function — from task, safety and boundaries to authority, care and play — and helps people build the shared leadership needed for good work to happen.

Delivered online over several weeks or in person, the program can be run within an organisation or offered as an open program for individual participants. It supports teams to design better ways of working, respond more thoughtfully to complexity, and create cultures where people can contribute, learn and thrive.

  • We design and facilitate workshops that are thoughtful, engaging and built around the work you need to do. From one-off sessions to multi-day offsites and longer learning journeys, we create experiences that help teams, leaders and organisations think well, work better and learn together.

Topics include leadership, hybrid work, group dynamics, play for productivity, human connection for collaboration, and confident public speaking.

  • Our keynote talks help audiences rethink how work works. From storytelling, leadership, group dynamics and systems thinking to hybrid work, play for productivity and human connection for collaboration, we explore why old models of work no longer fit and what better work could look like instead.

With roots in theatre, teaching and group psychodynamics, our speaking style combines depth, clarity and performance — so people leave with fresh thinking, useful language and an experience that actually holds the room.

  • Coaching and Thinking Partnership offers leaders and professionals space to think clearly, lead well and keep growing in their work. Whether you are navigating a specific challenge, building a skill, or wanting to reflect more deeply on how you lead, we tailor the work to what you need most.

Support can include ongoing thinking partnership, skill-based coaching, reflective practice and Organisational Role Analysis. Common areas of focus include public speaking, confidence, storytelling, leadership, taking up authority, and learning from experience. Most engagements begin in a six-session block, with options for longer-term partnership when useful.

  • We provide thoughtful MCing and event hosting for in-person and online experiences that need strong connection, smooth flow and a steady hand. Good hosting is about more than keeping time — it is about holding the arc of the event, supporting speakers, engaging participants and helping people feel part of something meaningful.

We work closely with organisers to understand the purpose and design of the event, then bring the presence, warmth and adaptability needed to make it land well in the room or online.

  • Retained Team Support offers ongoing partnership for organisations that want to invest in stronger teams and better work over time. We can work across the life of the organisation — facilitating offsites, supporting onboarding and connection, delivering workshops and learning sessions, offering coaching, and helping teams think more clearly together.

Working from outside the organisation allows us to hold the process with perspective and care. Rather than getting caught in the content of the work itself, we focus on the quality of how people work together — helping build healthier group dynamics, stronger connection and more sustainable ways of working.
