Our purpose is to help teams build the kind of group dynamics where it feels safe to speak up, try things, learn together, and manage themselves so leaders can focus on leading.
We believe that when people feel connected and supported, they’re able to truly play with their work. That’s when the good stuff happens: better products, stronger teams, and businesses that thrive from the inside out.
Our
story
We are Stef and G, commonly described as the “odd couple” of work culture. G turned her love for sociology and psychology into a career in HR and operations supporting remote and distributed companies to grow and become great places to work.
Stef is more of a studious performer. He studied clown, theatre, performing arts, education and system psychodynamics, all to feed his hunger to understand how groups of humans work and engage with each other.
When COVID threw us together at a fast-growing startup, we mixed play with work and watched magic happen. The company grew fast, engagement stayed sky-high and the business flourished. People said lovely things like:

Now, we want to take our learnings to the world and help you make work better, (and way more fun).
