COACHING

Supportive long-term learning

Coaching is different for every person, and people require different things. So, we work with developing a relationship that responds to your specific needs. In the discovery call, we’ll talk through what brings you to the conversation, what you’re looking to get out of working together and what approach might work for you.

What you’ll see below are 3 ways of working that we could draw on during our time together.

CoACHING WITH us!

OUTCOME OR SKILL BASED COACHING

As we work to achieve mastery of our craft, we sometimes identify specific skills that we want to develop. My experience as an academic, performer, leader, teacher and facilitator has equip me with tricks of the trade that can support you to achieve the things you want to achieve in your leadership journey.

Broadly speaking, these are:

    • Public speaking

    • Confidence

    • Communication for influence

    • Group and team dynamics

    • Coping with stress

    • Play for productivity, getting more done and having more fun

    • Reflective practice as a tool for developing talent

    • Facilitation

    • Dealing with the emotional impact of leadership

    • Learning and workshop design

    • Creating thriving teams

    • HR leadership

Your goals are identified and we work on building your skills in these areas through practice.

Organisational role analysis (ORA)

ORA is a process to look at the way you take up leadership within your organisation, how the system might be impacting you, and how you might be impacting the system. Investigating the emotional experience of leading and the emotional experience of the organisation to help your teams achieve awesome things. Data from the ORA can be used to develop specific individual or organisational goals and outcomes for any further coaching and reflection work.

ORA is a 6 session process.

Session 1
Introduction to ORA
Explore and map your working environment

Session 2 and 3
Produce and analyse a role drawing designed to bring up your experiences taking up your role

Session 4 and 5
Produce and analyse your role biography and your history of how you take up roles and leadership

Session 6

Reflective practice

Reflective practice is the means through which humans attain mastery. We create space to explore your emotional experiences of work to engage you in learning through your experiences. Through ongoing learning, and practice, you will learn how to implement this practice in how you work and improve how your teams function.
